Michael Brown
Service Manager
Email (866) 769-5274
Since he was a kid, Michael always loved taking things apart to learn how they work. That childhood curiosity led to working on cars with his father as he got older. Eventually Michael got involved with his high school automotive program. The rest, as they say was history, as Michael went on to get his Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology, Nissan Technician Apprentice Certification, Nissan OBDII Certificate, M5 Management Training. Michael has also completed numerous Nissan Factory Training Courses. In addition to all these impressive qualifications, Michael also developed a strong work ethic and a love of working with people which culminated in 10 years (and going strong) here at South Colorado Springs Nissan, where Michael currently serves as Service Manager.
Michael enjoys nothing more in his position as manager than the satisfaction of a customer thanking him for helping them whether it was to perform a basic maintenance service, a major repair they were not expecting or just a simple technical question over the phone. Michael understands that people just want to be treated fairly and have their time respected. Starting here as a technician and moving up the ranks to advisor and then manager has really shown Michael what a great company this is and that South Colorado Springs Nissan’s biggest asset is our employees. Michael also likes having the opportunity to duplicate what has happened to me and promote other employees from within.
Of course, making sure his customers are satisfied is Michael’s top priority. To Michael customer satisfaction means that he either met or exceeded his customer’s expectations by addressing the primary reason they came to South Colorado Springs Nissan.
Michael was born and reared right here in Colorado Springs, is married with two daughters. He enjoy almost anything outdoors including riding his ATV, hunting, fishing, and camping. I am a twin, the oldest (and better looking of course). His favorite holiday is 4th of July as nothing beats setting off fireworks all night.
